Vintage Vulnerabilities Research

While cybercriminals’ fashion taste (at least according to popular media), remains loyal to the good old hoodie, their taste for vintage vulnerabilities is no different. Known vulnerabilities, even ones that are a decade old, are still extremely common and still pose significant risk. Even though fixes for these vulnerabilities have been available for years, software and devices remain vulnerable. To-date we’ve identified 4.5 million internet-facing devices that are vulnerable to vulnerabilities discovered between 2010 and 2020.
